To ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing and well-being experience, we ask you to carefully read and respect the following rules.
During the night hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) we ask you to maintain a respectful and silent behavior:
moderate the volume of TV, music and electronic devices;
use a low tone of voice
Avoid noisy footwear (such as hard-soled sandals) in common areas.
The whirlpool function is deactivated during the night time slot (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). During these times, the tub can be used as a normal bathtub.
It is forbidden to insert petals, balloons, dyes, foaming agents or other objects/substances that could damage the system into the tub.
For safety and proper operation reasons, it is prohibited:
use creams, oils, ointments or cosmetic products;
access after consuming alcoholic beverages;
bring soaps or detergents of any kind;
wearing metal objects (watches, necklaces, bracelets, etc.);
introduce food or drink;
wear clothing other than the bathrobe and towels provided by management;
Leave any clothing, bathrobes or towels inside the sauna.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
Access is not permitted to persons not registered at the time of check-in.

It is not permitted to decorate the room yourself with petals, balloons, confetti or similar materials
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Any different needs must be agreed with management.
Pets are not allowed, in order to ensure hygiene and safety for all guests.
The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended in rooms or common areas.
We invite you to use the safety deposit boxes, if available.
Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage caused to structures, furnishings, or equipment.
